On 20 July, our coaching team came together for another Staff Development Day.
At Norwest Chess Academy, we hold regular staff training sessions that combine teaching methodology and curriculum discussions, with practical chess games and analysis. We believe that coaches should continue to learn and improve, both as educators and as chess players.
